What is a Personal Chef?

 

A Personal Chef custom-designs your menu to your needs, does your grocery shopping, and prepares your unique menu in the safety of your own kitchen—which we’ll leave exactly as we found it, except for the healthy, delectable meals stocked in your refrigerator and freezer that are sure to delight your palate.

 

 

How does a Weekly Personal Chef Service work?

 

The first step is an in-home consultation during which Chef Tony will learn about your personal preferences, any special dietary requirements, and favorite recipes.  Our goal is to make each meal the best you’ve ever tasted!  Using the interview results, we will prepare your custom menu, which includes one weeks' worth of weeknight meals. Your personalized menu will then be presented to you for approval.

 

Groceries are purchased on your scheduled cook day (cost included) so everything’s fresh.  Chef Tony hand-selects the best ingredients available on that day – from vegetables to fish to top quality meats and seasonings.  If necessary, we will drive to more than one market to get the quality we demand.

 

Chef Tony then arrives at your home with everything needed to prepare your meals - including pots and pans, utensils and seasonings - and spends the day cooking everything on your menu.  Meals are packaged and labeled with complete heating instructions, then stored (refrigerated or frozen) for you to enjoy on your timetable.  Your kitchen is left clean and your home smelling wonderful!  You simply heat the meals yourself and enjoy all the time you’ve saved.
